“Sixer” is more than just a name and a reference to a unique content of the bottle – it is a state of mind. Breaking the rules of pure expressions of Syrah, this wine is co-fermented with 6% Viognier to give it a distinct identity. Sixer exudes aromatics of Olive, Black Pepper, Vanilla, Cedar, Tobacco and hints of floral potpourri. All with a lush mouthful of Dark Chocolate and Blackberry. Great smooth tannins with cigar box flavors persist in the mouth. A wine this bold needs 6% Viognier to tame it, or as we like to think polish it off – and we won’t blame if you do.
