Carbonic wine to us is synonymous with perfect summertime red. When your days are long, and the sun is blazing this is the red wine remedy. Carbonic fermented wine is a softer way to make wine resulting in gentle tannins, often times so subtle they aren’t even noticeable. These are red wines that we like to put a chill on. While Syrah can often times be really big, but this version we are getting all the delicious flavor of Syrah without the need for steak knives. It’s light and refreshing with notes of strawberry, pepper, and plum. The palate is light and fruity, distinctly Syrah and a game change for the summer season.
