2023 Béton Blanc

Grüner Veltliner 40%, Riesling 40%, Sauvignon Blanc 20%

Nature sometimes changes our plans. This year, due to weather at harvest, we couldn’t make our beloved orange wine. Instead, we crafted a zippy white blend of Grüner, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc. This aromatic wine bursts with winter citrus, apple, and hints of summer rain on asphalt. The palate offers warm tropical fruit and citrus flavors, finishing beautifully long. Only 125 cases made, exclusively for our wine club.
