If you are ever lucky enough to someday find yourself on a distant tropical beach, there you will surely find this wine, which eagerly rushes to greet you like the flow of the tide with fragrant aromas of exotic jackfruit, apricot and wafting honeysuckle. On the palate, it serves tart mango and juicy pineapple flavors then lulls you into a state of pure contentedness with a slight herbal anise finish.
Pressed and settled for 24 hours. Racked to barrel and fermented in neutral oak barrels. A small amount of sulfur added after malo-lactic fermentation. Aged in neutral barrel prior to bottling.
