Basking in the Coquelicot vineyard’s sun renders Sauvignon Blancs that are reminiscent of both old worlds and new worlds. Either way the wines are defined by their distinct aromatics and refreshing acidity. Our estate is like the second home of Sauvignon Blanc, which also easily renders wines with great perfume and tart mouth-feel. This offering reveals Sauvignon Blanc’s tropical fruit character, with grapefruit, honeydew melon, lemon, and kiwi aromas. A bouquet of straw and flint precedes and crisp acidity in the mouth with a smooth finish. An ideal pairing for sitting under an umbrella, taking in that warm California sun.
